Note: If you are not an employee or student atOhio State, you will need to park in a posted Visitor’s parking space!  Parking lots are under constant survey and vehicles without parking stickers will be ticketed.

General - The easiest way to get to the Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic is to use Ohio Route #315 which passes through the western edge of the campus.

From Ohio #315 southbound (toward Columbus downtown):

            1.  Take the Lane Avenue Exit (first exit just after the Ackerman Road exit).

             2.  Turn left (east) on Lane Avenue and edge over to the right hand lane.  Pass under 315 and a stop light.  At the next stop light, get into the right hand turn lane which will be Fyffe Road.

            3.  Turn right (south) onto Fyffe Road and go to next stop light (Woody Hayes Road), getting into the right hand lane.

            4.  Pass through this intersection, remaining on Fyffe Road.  There will be public parking spaces on both sides of this road.  If you find no vacent parking spaces after making the turn around at dead end. Go back to the Fyffe Road and Woody Hayes Road intersection.

            5.  Go through the intersection, staying on Fyffe Road for only a half block and turn right into the parking lot that is south of the Agricultural Administration Building.  There is more public parking spaces on the south edge of this parking lot.

From Ohio #315 northbound (away from Columbus downtown):

            1.  Take the Lane Avenue Exit

             2.  Turn right (east) onto Lane Avenue and stay to the right, moving into the right turn lane for the next light.

            3.  Follow instructions 3 through 5 as above.

After Parking (and feeding the meter):

            If you were able to park on Fyffe Road, walk south toward the turn around circle.  The building to the south of this circle is Howlett Hall and Kottman Hall will be the building on the left of Howlett.  (The building on the right will be Parker Food Science Building.

            If you parked in the parking area south or east of the Agricultural Administration Building, look south to Woody Hayes Road and you will see a large bus loading area with a blinking light for people to cross Woody Hayes Road.  Cross over here and continue walking south past the first building on your right (Plumb Hall).  The next building to the south will be Kottman Hall.

Samples may be left on the table outside our clinic door if we are not available for personal meetings.  Submission forms are on the table.  Our door is within the west entrance vestibule.
