Butterflies, moths and other specimens that will break or become discolored if submerged in alcohol.
Please include a general submission form in a separate plastic bag to keep it dry.
For best results, follow these packaging steps:

If the specimen is alive, put it into a box or sealable plastic container and freeze for 2-3 hours to kill it.

Gently wrap the dead specimen in tissue paper or napkins.

Pack the specimen in a strong crush-proof box for shipping.

Ship the specimen to the address on the submission form.
